As it says - recipes. So the first 10 days post-op can be hard for some and they may just stick to what they feel safe with e.g. yoghurt, cuppa soup. Here's an opportunity to post nutritionally enhanced, sustaining recipes that everyone can enjoy.

Feel free to post any recipes that have worked for you when on the pre-op, low fat diet as well.

It's a great way of exchanging recipes and have a bank t draw on when you just can't be bothered. Make a batch up and freeze some for another day or when you have that fill and just don't fancy eating - dip into the freezer - voila there is the solution.
